Seating Recommendations

i Entertainment believes that 70% of your guests need casino seating during your event. 30% of your guests are going to be at the bar, in the bathroom, or on the dance floor with the DJ (or maybe they don’t want to gamble). Based on your guest count - use this chart to see how many tables we recommend for your event.

We are proud of not only our tables but our staff as well. We regularly re-felt our tables so that they look amazing for every event. We recommend seating for 70% of your guests. 30% will be at the bar, in the bathroom, or maybe they don't like to or don't know how to gamble. So we recommend only providing casino seats for 70% of your guests so that you don't have half empty or unused tables during your event.

When you are planning your casino event, we recommend inquiring about each of the following areas to ensure you are covering all of your bases:

  • Does your casino company offer proof of insurance?
  • Does your casino company offer references from hotels, country clubs, or professional private event spaces?
  • Is the staff professionally trained not to just deal cards but to work with guests at a special event?
  • Does your casino company provide funny money, raffle tickets, and vouchers for no additional cost?
